Before Photos...

This is the front of the house - we will be redoing the render and painting thoroughly in a white and grey colour scheme. We will also replace the roof in colourbond with a much steeper pitch. Also doing balustrading to the front patio, re-landscaping, doubling the driveway and replacing the garage door with a timber one. And redoing the windows, replacing the aluminium with timber casement windows.

The kitchen at the moment. Tiles will be coming up, walls will all be painted, kitchen cabinetry being painted white, bench-top replaced with timber, wall oven and electric cooktop replaced with freestanding oven with gas stovetop, dishwasher to be replaced and the wall with the oven and fridge to be knocked down, opening up the room behind which is currently a bathroom and hallway and turning it in to a new lounge! Fridge to be repositioned to the right of this pic, along with a new walk in pantry which fills the void below the staircase.

The current lounge will become the library, carpet to be ripped up and boards polished. French doors will replace the archway you see to the right of the above shot. A fireplace to be installed and timber bookshelves to be built in around the fireplace. Shelves will also be built above the room divider you see to the rear of this room, between the blue armchairs - this is not my furniture by the way! These are the photos from the Real Estate ad!!

Bedroom to be painted out in white and carpet ripped up and boards polished. The walk-in-robe to be refitted and the ensuite to be completely re-done. New toilet, vanity and shower, tiling and glass feature window.

This room will actually become another bedroom, the french doors to rear will go in to the library and on the left hand side of this shot will be a new bathroom and the new entry to the laundry.

Great size block of 700sqm. The new roof pitch will give the home a lot more character. The new lounge roof will come out from the lower roof line to the right of this image. Decking at rear to be redone in the style of an outdoor room, with built in bbq etc.

Balinese hut will be redone in the style of a traditional European loggia.
